1. Step-by-Step Password Recovery Process
If you forget your Goperya login password, you can trigger an automated reset using your registered 11-digit Philippine mobile phone number. Follow these four steps:
Open Password Reset Screen
Navigate to the official login portal and tap Forgot Password? located immediately beneath the password input field.
Enter Registered Mobile Number
Input your 11-digit mobile phone number (Globe, TM, Smart, TNT, or DITO). Tap Send Verification Code.
Verify SMS OTP Code
Check your phone inbox for an automated SMS containing a 6-digit OTP code. Enter this code into the portal form within 5 minutes.
Save New Password & Relogin
Create a strong new password containing at least 8 characters. Confirm the new password and log back in.
2. Resetting Your 6-Digit Withdrawal Transaction PIN
The 6-digit transaction PIN protects all outgoing cash withdrawals to GCash, Maya, or bank accounts. If you forget your withdrawal PIN, recover it safely inside the portal:
